By accessing or using the owads.com website or services provided by OWADS ("OWADS," "we," "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

OWADS provides SEO and local search marketing, email marketing and lead nurturing, and media buying and paid social services. Specific service scope is defined per client engagement.

3. Email Communications & Opt-Out

If you subscribe to receive emails from us, every commercial email will include a clear and functioning unsubscribe mechanism. You may opt out at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in an email or visiting our Unsubscribe page.

Opt-out requests are typically processed within 3 business days, and are honored no later than 10 business days as required by the CAN-SPAM Act. During this period we will not send further commercial email to the opted-out address.

4. Sender Identification

Commercial emails from OWADS will identify the sender as OWADS, with a return contact address of contact@owads.com. A physical postal address is available upon request.

5. Honest Advertising

We do not use misleading or deceptive subject lines, sender names, or header information in commercial email.

6. Limitation of Liability

OWADS provides services on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
